NAVYSEUM's home port is in the City of North Chicago, Illinois and encompasses 11-acres at the southwest corner of Sheridan Road and Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive. The strategic significance of NAVYSEUM's home port is its immediate proximity to Naval Station Great Lakes; an official US Navy installation and home to the only Naval Recruit Training Command (RTC) in the United States. Naval Station Great Lakes is where civilians are transformed to U.S. Enlisted Sailors.

NAVYSEUM's second port is in the City of Jacksonville, Florida at The Shipyards Jacksonville: Sports, Entertainment, and Cultural District. Encompassing approximately 5-acres abutting the St. Johns Riverfront and Bay Street, NAVYSEUM - AEC and the USS ADAMS Museum Ship will serve as the western "anchor" for the 70+ acre riverfront revitalization project spearheaded by Iguana Investments, Jacksonville Jaguars, Jacksonville Downtown Investment Authority, and City of Jacksonville.
